Avnish is an innovator, strategist and a technology evangelist with 25 years extensive experience and track record around market making, growth hacking, corporate innovation, digital transformation and leadership development. In his current role at Accenture in India, he is responsible for:
- Innovation: designing and leading the Open Innovation programme for India
- Strategy: building growth and profitability road-map with focus on corporate strategy, digital strategy, portfolio optimization, competitive positioning, M&A
- Deal origination: originating deals in selected white space segments and accounts with focus on digital, e-com and innovation;
- Captives: working with Global-in house-Centres (GICs) of G2000 companies to transform them into Next-Gen GICs and Innovation Hubs

Prior to Accenture, he worked with IBM's Global Business Services in India and the United Kingdom for almost a decade in various leadership roles. He has also served in the Indian Armed forces for seven years and has performed the role of Aide-de-Camp of the Governor of Madhya Pradesh.
