Rajnish is an internationally experienced technocrat with track record as a technology entrepreneur with successful exits. Created and managed organizations, developed & implemented solutions in various geographies and developed products for the global market. Has hands on experience in terms of technologies (especially Internet, eCommerce and Enterprise), engineering best practices, infrastructure setup, operations, offshore delivery, processes, people, customer and organization management.

● ~22 years of IT industry experience out of which last 12 years have been in leadership role straddling both IT Products and IT Services delivery in the Internet, eCommerce and Enterprise space.

● Has set-up organizations from scratch, through start-up phase and scaled them while being nimble.

● Well-rounded experience of leading various functional roles – management, technology development/engineering and operations, product development, professional services, pre-sales, account management, consulting, strategy, M&A, customer support ( IT and BPO ).

● Has managed various aspects of both B2C and B2B applications and business models, spanning product development, engineering, architecture, QA and UI/UX/usability.

● Has managed marquee customers like Lastminute.com ( acquired by Travelocity/Sabre ) , TQ3 ( acquired by BCD ), Zuji.com, North West Water, UK ( now Vertex ) etc. and successfully opened onshore operations and expanded accounts to offshore delivery.

● Has managed SBUs with P&L responsibility.

● Ability to hire and retain customer facing cross-functional teams, driving accountability, motivate and manage aspirations and careers of human capital.
